About Flint

Flint Schneider is a North Texas native who built his legal career in the same communities he serves today. A graduate of the University of North Texas and Texas A&M School of Law, Flint has dedicated his career to defending clients facing DWI and drug-related charges.

Key Highlights

  • Former District Attorney with extensive trial experience
  • ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designation
  • Over 1,000 criminal cases handled across North Texas
  • 10+ years of courtroom experience

Before entering private practice, Flint served as a prosecutor handling thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor DWI to capital murder. He tried more than 30 jury cases and advised law enforcement on search warrants and grand jury presentations. His time in the District Attorney's Office gave him a deep understanding of how prosecutors build — and sometimes overreach — in criminal cases.

Since 2015, Flint has focused exclusively on criminal defense, representing individuals charged with DWI, drug possession, and related offenses. His background as both a prosecutor and a forensic-trained attorney gives him a unique ability to analyze evidence, identify weaknesses in the state's case, and protect his clients' rights at every stage of the process.

Flint continues to serve clients throughout Denton, Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and surrounding counties with the same dedication and attention to detail that have defined his career.
